Built to be usable
If a website is hard to use, it isn't support. Here's what we've done, and how to tell us where we've fallen short.
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, proper headings and labelled forms.
- Full keyboard access, including a skip-to-content link and clearly visible focus outlines.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG 2.2 AA for body text and interactive elements.
- Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed, and touch targets sized for thumbs.
- Motion kept subtle, and reduced or removed for anyone whose device requests reduced motion.
- Form errors announced to assistive technology rather than shown by colour alone.
Where we're honest
This site is new and built by a small team. We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA but haven't yet had an independent audit, so there will be things we've missed — particularly for screen reader users and people using speech input.
Tell us what's broken
If something is difficult or impossible to use, please tell us through the contact form. Describe what you were trying to do and what device or assistive technology you were using, and we'll fix it as a priority. If the form itself is the barrier, say so in as few words as you like — we'll work it out.
